All of the flag hardware castings in the photos are made of solid silicon bronze and have a tumble finish, not a polished finish. The top row eagles attach to a wooden pole or ball.
The second row eagles attach into the hollow end of a metal pole, typically 3/4 inch electrical tubing ( EMT )
The bottom photos illustrate the mounting bracket designed to hold 3/4 inch electrical tubing or
a wooden dowel. The strength of Silicon Bronze compares to steel and, like copper, it has the non corrosive quality of copper. Ask about availability and price of polished castings too.
